I have Multiple Sclerosis. It's mild, and it's relapsing/remitting, which means that it comes and it goes. When I'm stressed, it gets worse, which is why I try really hard not to get stressed.
It manifests in different ways. Sometimes I have vision trouble, but usually, I have issues with my legs and my balance. I'm good at falling. And hitting my head. I broke my butt once. No, seriously, I went down a flight of stairs on my butt, hitting each one, and it cracked my tailbone!
Anyway, I get MRIs on a regular basis, as well as steroids to help stave off the serious nerve problems. I'm researching diet as treatment, so that I can get off the steroids, because they keep me fat, and I'm tired of being fat.
Early this morning, and I'm NOT a morning person, so that was astounding... I had an MRI. It was not a pleasant morning. I hate MRIs. But had to have it...
I wasn't expecting to hear from the doctor until Monday, but he called this evening to let me know he'd received and reviewed the results, and compared them to the previous results.
The lesions, which are a marker in MS, are healing! And there are no new ones! So I am officially back in remission!
Good day, good day :)

Congrats on remission. My high school best friends mom has MS. I've known her for years now and never seen her in remission. It's always been hard for her and in turn me to watch. So I'm soooo happy to hear that things are going ok for you!
I'm lucky that mine is relapsing/remitting. I know others with the progressive form of the disease, and it's devastating.
